Standards Against Child Sexual Abuse and Exploitation (CSAE)

Last updated: June 2026

Macha has a zero-tolerance policy toward any content or behavior that sexually exploits or abuses minors. We are committed to protecting children and complying with all applicable laws regarding child safety, including reporting obligations under applicable regulations. These standards apply across every surface of Macha — including live video streams, video posts and reels, photos, Stories, direct messages and chat (including voice notes), and all tribe content (including content shared under masked personas) — with no exceptions.

1. Prohibited Content and Conduct

The following are strictly prohibited everywhere on Macha — including live video streams, video posts and reels, photos, Stories, direct messages and chat, and all tribe content (including masked personas):

  • Any content that sexually exploits, abuses, or endangers minors.
  • Child Sexual Abuse Material (CSAM) in any form — images, video, live broadcasts, recordings or replays, text, or otherwise.
  • Grooming, solicitation, or any attempt to exploit minors, including via direct messages or live streams.
  • Sharing, distributing, or promoting any CSAE-related content.
  • Any content that normalizes or glorifies the sexual exploitation of children.

2. Detection and Enforcement

Macha actively works to detect and remove any CSAE content from our platform through a combination of automated systems and human review. These detection and enforcement measures apply to all surfaces — including live video streams, video posts and reels, photos, Stories, direct messages and chat, and tribe content (including masked personas). Live streams are subject to monitoring and moderation, may be reviewed in real time or via their recordings and replays, and can be reported at any time. Using a mask or persona does not exempt any account from these standards. When such content is identified:

  • The content is immediately removed from the platform, and any live stream is terminated.
  • The responsible account is permanently banned.
  • We report the incident to the National Center for Missing and Exploited Children (NCMEC) and relevant law enforcement authorities as required by law.
  • We preserve evidence and cooperate fully with any resulting investigations.

3. Reporting CSAE Content

If you encounter any content on Macha that you believe constitutes child sexual abuse or exploitation — whether in a live stream, a video post or reel, a photo, a Story, a direct message, or any tribe content — please report it immediately:

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we become aware that a child under 13 has created an account, we will promptly delete their account and associated data.

5. Compliance

Macha complies with all applicable laws regarding child protection, including but not limited to the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the PROTECT Our Children Act. We are committed to continuous improvement of our safety practices and technologies.
