Delete Your Account

You have the right to permanently delete your Macha account and all associated data at any time.

Option 1 — Delete directly from the app

The fastest way to delete your account is from within the Macha app. Follow these steps:

  1. 1Open the Macha app and make sure you are logged in.
  2. 2Tap your profile picture or avatar in the bottom navigation bar.
  3. 3Tap the settings icon (⚙️) in the top-right corner of your profile.
  4. 4Scroll down and tap "Delete Account".
  5. 5Type DELETE (in capitals) in the confirmation field.
  6. 6Tap "Confirm Delete". Your account and all data will be permanently removed.

⚠️ This action is permanent and irreversible. Deleting your account will remove your profile, videos, posts, stories, lives, Tribe memberships, guap balance, and all other associated data from our systems.

Option 2 — Request deletion by email

If you no longer have access to the app or are unable to log in, you can request account deletion by emailing us at:

machasupport@gmail.com

Please include the following in your email:

  • The email address or username associated with your account
  • Subject line: Account Deletion Request

We will process your request and permanently delete your account and all associated data within 7 business days.

What gets deleted

  • ✕Your profile, username, and display name
  • ✕All videos, reels, photos, stories, and posts you have published
  • ✕Your live streams and saved replays
  • ✕Tribe memberships and Circles
  • ✕Your guap balance and earning history
  • ✕Notification history and preferences
  • ✕All personal data stored by Macha
